How can I order custom umbrellas from UB Custom Umbrellas?

Ordering is simple:

Choose your imprint color, fabric color, and quantity, then click Add to Cart.
Proceed to checkout by logging in or creating an account.
Enter your shipping and payment details.
Upload your artwork and confirm your order.
After completing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number for tracking.

What kind of artwork should I send?

For the best printing results, please send files in formats like .AI, .EPS, .PDF, or high-resolution JPEGs (300 dpi or higher). Make sure fonts are converted to outlines and use CMYK color mode.

What if I don't have artwork?

No problem! Our design team can assist you with free basic artwork services. Just contact us, and we’ll help create the perfect design for your umbrella.

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Yes! We provide a free digital proof for your approval before we start production.

Do you charge for artwork revisions?

No, artwork revisions are completely free. We want to make sure you’re 100% happy before printing.

Can I choose imprint and fabric colors?

Can you match my corporate colors exactly?

We strive to match your brand colors as closely as possible. Due to material differences, a perfect match isn’t always guaranteed, but we work carefully to align with your brand guidelines.

How fast can I expect my order?

Production times are typically listed on each product page. Shipping options include FedEx Ground (2–5 business days), FedEx 2-Day, and Overnight Shipping.

Can I split my order and ship to multiple addresses?

Do you offer drop shipping?

Where do you ship to?

What if I receive fewer umbrellas than I ordered?

This is extremely rare. If it happens, contact us immediately, and we’ll verify and refund for any missing items.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order before production begins. Once production starts, changes cannot be made.

On a reorder, do I need to pay setup charges again?

Often, reorders can skip setup fees. Contact us to check if your past order qualifies!

Can I see a proof for my reordered item?

Yes. If you want to review your proof again, we’ll gladly send one before production.

Use of Trademarks

When you submit artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it. UB Custom Umbrellas is not responsible for disputes related to unauthorized use of trademarks.

Guarantees

Do you offer a price guarantee?

Yes! If you find a lower price on a similar custom umbrella within 30 days of your order, we’ll beat it by 5%.

What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

If your product arrives with defects or incorrect imprinting, contact us right away. We’ll work to correct the issue. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
